Save Celine: A call for help for a burned boy in Haiti.
On the last day of the most recent expedition, the Project Haiti team, including Dr. Lanctin, met a young boy who's strength and determination touched their hearts.
At the Beginning of October, Celine Dieuphete, 12, suffered severe burns on his face, head and shoulders. He was cooking food for his younger siblings while his mother was out of the house, but instead of using kerosene to light the fire he accidentally used gasoline.
Celine's story has continued to touch the hearts of those back in the states and efforts are underway to bring Celine to Shriners Hospital in Boston to receive the care that he so desperately needs.
