Overactive Bladder

  • Double-blind, multi-center, international, randomized, placebo-controlled study of safety and efficacy of Trospium chloride 60mg modified release capsules vs. placebo, once daily, for 12 weeks followed by a 9-month, open-label treatment phase in patients with overactive bladder
  • Open label, parallel-group, multi-center study to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of Enablex alone or in combination with behavioral modification program for symptoms of overactive bladder
  • Phase II, 12-week, randomized, double-blind multi-center study to evaluate the efficacy of darifenacin vs. placebo
  • A phase four, multi-center, naturalistic, open-label, observational study, over 12 weeks of patients initiating a medication for overactive bladder
